Zapier is a great tool to automate your SMS through FireText, we've put together a simple troubleshooting guide to help you identify any issues within your zap.
Zapier has a great logging facility and is a perfect place to guide you through your zap runs. To find this within Zapier you simply need to:
STEP 1: Head to Zap History in Zapier. Then click the Zap Runs tab. It should show the most recent Zap run at the top, you can also filter down to find a specific Zap (should this be needed).
STEP 2: Click the Zap Run and head to the FireText Action.
STEP 3: Data In will show what data was sent to FireText, such as the mobile phone & message content. Data Out will show you FireText's response with to the request made by your Zap. If you submitted invalid data to FireText, it's here you'll see what FireText responded with. (Please see the screenshot below).

HANDY TIP: If you can't find a Zap run, then either the Zap did not trigger, or the trigger app (e.g. Google Sheets, Jotform etc) is scheduled to run every 15 mins (standard on the free plans). As such, it's worth checking your settings on your Trigger application.
