Yes, if you've set up a forwards on your inbound messages to be sent to your email address, you can simply reply back to that email.
What's super handy is we have a conversational email to SMS add on, so when you receive your inbound SMS messages within your email client, we can pull through the conversation you've had with that recipient over the last few days (typically 7).
